Find your email
After payment you receive an activation email with your username, password, server URL and M3U link. Check Spam and Junk too.
Open your app
Open TiviMate, IBO Player Pro, Smarters or another player from our setup guide.
Sign in
Choose Xtream Codes login and enter the details exactly as written. Channels load in a few seconds.
Login problems, solved
I never received my login email.
Search your inbox, Spam and Junk for “Layerseven”. Still nothing? Contact support with the email you used to order and we will resend it.
The app says “invalid username or password”.
Logins are case-sensitive. Copy them without extra spaces and make sure the server URL starts with http://.
My subscription expired. How do I renew?
Order again and select Renew Old Subscription in the form, then add your current username. Your login stays the same. See plans.
Can I log in on a new device?
Yes. Install an app on the new device and use the same details. Just remember your plan sets how many screens can play at once.
