Because we offer a free trial, we encourage every customer to test Layerseven TV on their own device and internet before ordering.

When you can get a refund

• Your subscription was never activated and you request a refund within 7 days of payment
• A technical problem on our side prevents the service from working, and our support team cannot fix it within 72 hours
• You were charged twice for the same order

When refunds are not available

• Problems caused by your internet connection, Wi-Fi or device
• Change of mind after the subscription is active and working
• Fees paid to third-party app developers (for example TiviMate or IBO Player Pro)
• Accounts suspended for sharing logins beyond the number of screens purchased

How to request a refund

Send your order email, username and the reason through our contact page. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
